Baron Hoy was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is a citizen of the Muscogee Creek Nation and currently a student at Haskell Indian Nations University. He was the vice- president of Haskell’s Thunderbird Theater in 2014 and 2015. His university theater credits include assistant direction and stage management of the Buckskin for a Bride production. Baron has also performed in productions of the Wichita Children’s Theater.
Since the age of five, Baron knew he wanted to become an actor and his first SAG Film was The Gray Man, 2007. Since that time he has been cast in two more films and a television show currently in-production entitled Big Sky. In addition to his professional endeavors, he sings on the drum at pow-wows. Though Baron has faced many obstacles and challenges in his life, they have strengthened him, and he proudly walks in faith everyday.
